Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to submit in talent profiles, hiring requests and contact forms. This may include identity and contact details, professional history, project evidence, opportunity preferences, company information and an optional CV.
How we use it
We use submitted information to review talent and hiring needs, contact you, clarify requirements, consider potential matches and operate the Hire42 talent network. We do not claim that submitting a profile guarantees verification, matching, an interview or placement.
Storage and access
Website submissions are stored in Supabase. The website and its server routes run on Vercel. CV files are held in private storage and are not published through a public file URL. Access is intended for people operating Hire42 and service providers needed to run the website.
Retention and your choices
We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes above, operating records and applicable obligations. You may ask Hire42 to review, correct or delete information you submitted by using the contact form on the home page.
Service providers and location
Information may be processed in locations where our hosting and database providers operate. Do not submit confidential material that is unnecessary for a hiring or talent enquiry.
