Why AI talent recruitment cannot rely on the CV alone
A CV gives context. Evidence shows how someone approached a problem, used tools and produced a result.

Context
The CV still matters.
Education, work history and responsibilities provide useful context. The problem begins when those signals are treated as complete proof of current capability.
Work evidence
A project can reveal decisions and ownership.
Good evidence shows the problem, constraints, contribution, tradeoffs and outcome. It also makes follow-up questions more specific.
AI work
Outputs are easier to create, so explanation matters more.
Candidates should explain what AI contributed, what they checked, where the limits were and which decisions remained theirs.
Human review
Evidence supports judgment; it does not remove it.
A project can be incomplete or collaborative. Reviewers still need to understand context, verify claims where practical and compare the evidence with the actual role.
